Net Generation is inclusive of residences who have generating resources on their home (e.g., solar generation).

Master Metered refers to residential properties like apartments, condominiums, or mobile home parks where electric usage for an entire property s measured at a single metering point(s). Thereafter, the property owner manages the billing to each of its individual residences.

Demand is the total amount of electricity being used at a specific moment in time, both inside and outside your home. While demand is measured and displayed on all monthly bills, demand charges apply only to Commercial rate classes with monthly demand of 400 amps or greater.
