Beginning Nov. 4, 2025 until Nov. 18, 2025, Lakeview Light & Power will be collecting food items for donation to Emergency Food Network in the LLP lobby.
Food Drives are essential to providing Pierce County neighbors in need with consistent, diverse, and nutritious food. Your support helps supply over 200k meals each year and adds variety to local food pantry shelves. Join us in ensuring everyone in our community has the food they need to thrive!
Most requested items:
- Peanut butter & nut butters
- Canned fruits & vegetables (low sugar and sodium)
- Baby food & formula
- Canned chili or stew (with pop-top lids)
- Canned proteins (like chicken, tuna and spam)
By the numbers:
- 75+ food pantries, meal sites, and shelters are served by Emergency Food Network
- Over 1 million pounds of food are distributed by EFN each month
- 282,744 melas are provided every year through Food & Fund Drives
