To qualify, applicants must verify eligibility in person at the LLP office before purchasing. Only one piece of documentation is required, and documents are reviewed only- not kept- by LLP staff.

Customers who have previously received the washer/dryer rebate from LLP & Lakewood Appliance will not be eligible.
