Site built homes, manufactured homes and multifamily building are eligible for additional ceiling and floor insulation installed by a licensed and bonded contractor that increases the R Value for the living space.
The incentives depend on the additional insulation added to the existing R Value of the wall, ceiling and/or floor. They start at 6 cents a square foot of insulation installed up to $2 a square foot of insulation installed.
